(More customer reviews)Product has a white backing sewn onto the outside facing side so you either need to be ok with that or use another curtain between that and your neighbors. Material is a little plastic-like but for $15 what do you expect. It uses an enclosed sleeve to accept the curtain rod so if you want to hang another curtain to cover the butt-ugly white side you'll need a double curtain rod set-up. A better product description would be helpful.
