(More customer reviews)Just picked up this stand today along with my 50" DLP HDTV.

The box is extremely heavy, around 135 pounds, so make sure you have 2 people to carry it if you get it unassembled as I did.

The stand itself is really nice. It's very sturdy, attractive and has ample space for the 50" tv and the shelves underneath provide lots of space too. I have 5 components (3 game consoles, dvd player and digital cable box) hooked up underneath and they aren't crammed at all.

The instruction manual has virtually no wording but has nice diagrams on how to put it together. From the time I opened the box it took only 15-20 minutes to assemble it. It comes with a heavy duty frame in 4 sections that go together with ease. The only tool you'll need to assemble it is a little hex wrench that is included with the parts. It has 3 different tempered glass shelves that are also very nice.

The back of the stand has two rectangular columns that not only add support but are hollowed to allow concealment for your wires, greatly reducing the jumbled wire look.

Overall I am completely satisfied with the stand. Asthecially it enhances the 50" tv thats on it as well.
